Home-bound

Every parish has once-active church members who now have limitations that have reduced their involvement in the parish. These homebound or shut-ins require specialized care, but hey also offer substantial gifts to the community.

Parish visitation volunteers address the whole person, including the need to feel purposeful and meaningfully involved with the church community.

A parish shows its truest colors when they see that the lonely beg not to be forgotten, the hurting ask for mercy, and the sick seek compassion.
